Personal measurements are taken and an individual, specific pattern is then drafted. Patterns and measurements are also kept on file for future reference.

To Place Your Order:

Click to the ordering page and fill in the form as indicated. Click on Measuring and read. Fill out the appropriate measurements for the items ordered. It is recommended that you have the measurements taken by someone else, so that you can stand still and get an accurate measurement.

See below for details on which method of payment is most suitable for you.

Please be certain to give your complete name, shipping address, and e-mail address. Most orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery from the time your order has been processed. Your order is processed only after we have received measurements, fabric choices and payment. Rush orders can be accommodated but extra charges will apply including when overnight courier services are necessary.

Once you decide on your order, funakupo will send you an invoice via e-mail.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE THE ITEMS HAVE GONE INTO PRODUCTION!

Payment

Payment in full is required before any order is processed. Please contact funakupo if special payment methods are necessary.

Electronic Payments
Funakupo.com now accepts Visa, MasterCard or electronic checks through PayPal. You do not need to be a registered user of PayPal. It is as simple as any purchase you make with your credit card; once you confirm the amount is correct, enter the means of payment and other relevant information and click "Send." And you're done. The PayPal e-mail is stuff@funakupo.com
Personal Checks
Your order will be processed once the check has been cleared. Please allow at least 10 days for this.
Money Orders
Accepted from banks and government.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Shipping

Funakupo.com normally ships items via USPS. International and overnight delivery are available by special request. Contact via e-mail for details. Such delivery will be at an extra expense to the customer. Any additional taxes, duties, or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Funakupo is not responsible or liable for non-delivery, delivery delay, or damages caused by a transportation company, weather conditions, etc.
The MINIMUM cost of shipping and handling (with delivery confirmation and insurance) for shipments in the US is $25.00.

Return Policy

All items have a No Return policy. Custom-made items are not returnable.
